Our student ministry is a place where FAITH and PURPOSE collide!
MERGE Student Ministry exists to MINISTER to the needs of people, EXPERIENCE life together, REACH others for Christ, GROW deeper in our faith, and EXALT God with our lives.

Everything in our student ministry revolves around two statements made by Jesus Christ:
THE GREAT COMMANDMENT
Jesus repolied, "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All other commandments and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments." (Matthew 22:37-40)
THE GREAT COMMISSION
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:19-20)
We find the purposes of our ministry through these two great statements:
MINISTRY (Minister to the needs of people)

FELLOWSHIP (Experience life together)
"Baptizing them" (recognizing them as part of a body of believers)
EVANGELISM (Reach others for Christ)
"Go and make disciples of all the nations"
DISCIPLESHIP (Grow deeper in our faith)
"Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands)
WORSHIP (Exalt God with our lives)
"Love the Lord God with all your heart ... soul ... mind"
